I sent a computer to my daughter and UPS destroyed it!
 
Well, they ruined the case (a DG-7) and a 2080 Ti Ultra FTW3 video card.
 
The DG-7 can't be replaced (EVGA do not sell ANY cases anymore),
 
2080 Ti Ultra FTW3 has a broken pc board.
Yeah, the short one that sticks into the PCIe slot.
 
Can EVGA fix this?

    I don't think this is EVGA you should be asking. Did you get insurance when you sent it?

    No company will be able to fix a broken PCB like that unfortunately.

    File an insurance claim with UPS and have them pay for the broken parts.

    UPS destroyed my PSU once, filed a insurance report and they paid it, simple.

    Hopefully the item was insured so UPS is responsible. File a claim with them.

    Very unfortunate. Sucks that getting a card replaced at this current time will be a challenge.

    Wow that really sucks. Insurance claim is the only way to go here unfortunately.
