so I just bought an x299 motherboard EVGA I had two sticks of ram bought for this. so I am using the core i7 7740x. my question is how do I configure the ram? I put the ram in slots 3 and 4. I got an error code 4c I hooked up my phone to wifi and followed instructions from the evga site. I took one stick of ram out and reset the bios the system booted now can i put the other stick of ram back in slot 3?
