brand new evga 650 b3 psu makes buzzing noise

Hi! i wanted to ask if buzzing nosie is normal from these psu's i bought it brand new for my new pc build and from the first time it was pluged in the wall it was making buzzing noise it isnt very loud but if you put your head near the pc you will clearly hear it. its still has warranty so should i get it replaced or is this behavior normal for the psu because i read somewhere that for some psu's this is normal 
the noise is going on just when the pc is on if it is of than the psu is quiet

    The PSU shouldn't make any noise except for maybe a little normal fan noise when it ramps up.
     
    RMA/Return it to where you bought it from if other than from EVGA..Or RMA it to EVGA..Whichever is better for you.
