X-299 with 32000mhz ?Ripjaws4 .here what i been seeing different people saying and my points is that when start up computer see dual channel not quad ? so i unplug just one card out then start up again triple channel then shut down then put back card where it was start up show quad on cpu-z and don't like to unplug out over every time when i wake computer up. is should be bios issues?

Have you updated to the newest bios version? Also, if that isn't the issue could be a bent pin. Just went through something similar like this.

update bios 1.07 don't see bent pin yet will look at later on.. hope anything that will stay on Quad channel when start up pc ya know than take out and in restart many time not good idea...

i7 7820x 2066 LGA i checked see memory slot pin bent nothing ..
When checking for bent pins, I would recommend looking at the CPU socket. This is where you would see the bent pin issue that would prevent you from having Quad channel memory. If just the right pin is bent, it can prevent the slot for RAM from working. -Jacob B.

not get from ya. it already bent when i got it in box Got from newegg . by the way must be warranty if high dollar motherboard yes have to man . it not funny if not warranty it called gamble to people money that not fair for anyone who spent $450 that (Deleted for Foul Language/TOS) up idea if no warrany than that mean ya are dirty business idea understand that . so good luck of idea not make people happy if do that .. dont dare to bring up of no bs warranty of high price motherboard... always replace it cuz there so many out there anyways

Hello, Our warranty terms do strictly state that bent pins or physical damage would not be covered under the warranty. The board will always, when shipped from us or directly from a reseller, come with a cover over the CPU socket to prevent damage. -Jacob B.

Hello, I cannot speak for other manufacturers, however it is typically regarded that bent pins on any motherboard will not be covered under warranty through the manufacturer. As it is your property, you can attempt to bend the pins back into place, or take it to a computer repair shop that can do such repairs. We do not attempt to fix any bent pins on a motherboard, and the RMA process is not a repair service. Generally speaking, the RMA process is to cover, under warranty, any failures that happen through normal use of the product, or any failures of components. Hello, If there are members of the forums, especially EVGA staff, that are cussing you out via PM, this would not be tolerated. If this is the case, please take a screenshot, and forward the PM to me, EVGATech_JaesonW, or another moderator so that this can be handled accordingly. As for your motherboard, all products are put forward through Quality Assurance and checked before being shipped out. If your motherboard was opened prior to receiving it, you may want to contact the retailer where you purchased it from. This would be the only explanation that I would be able to find regarding any bent pins that would be present on the board upon receiving it. -Jacob B.

we have all had the bent pin problem or most have it happens I dropped a screw driver on socket of x79 sabertooth I was so mad I threw it away ordered another one good luck!!!

there no Help about anything for people to have motherboard replace Evga wont replace period cuz they said .. it no Good place to help anything if there a problems in future and i Wont listen their bs made up .... bios miss spell word .. only they can replace is GPU only nothing Else cuz they change it than b4...... nothing news....
