hello, i am using the evga sc15 laptop i just received a replacement.
everything works perfectly fine except a black screen flickering every 15 seconds in any game that i put in full screen is there a fix to this? I do have the latest nvidia graphic card and the monitor and gpu work fine its only when im in a game in fullscreen pls help its starting to g et annoying

Another thing you could try would be to disable fullscreen optimizations for each application that is affected...

You sir saved my life. I don't know how to thank you honestly. EDIT: was good for about 10 minutes but the flickering is back. i honestly dont know what I should do anymore.

moreover, my monitor randomly changes from 120hz to 60hz lol although it is rare and does it every like 4 hours. What is wrong with it, I don't understand anymore could it be a virus or something, or simply my settings? Is your G-Sync Enable if so Try disable G-Sync in your Control panel and re enable?

alright quick update. - It started getting on my nerves so I basically tried troubleshooting for 5 hours. From restarting the system to getting the same power adapter from a friend ect... - What I then decided to do try and play games WITHOUT my AC plugged in, weirdly enough no flickering but I couldn't play like that because the battery has a very small capacity and I play competitive fortnite and edit videos on adobe for work... - From there I said to myself it must be a battery issue, I went ahead and uninstalled both battery drivers : the flickering reduced however not completely and I wanted it gone COMPLETELY! - I look at some settings typed Game settings ect.. Then i come across this demoniac setting that was turned on http://prntscr.com/r62pzm .. THE GAME MODE! I go in graphics settings and what do I see "Optimize games for variable refersh rate" http://prntscr.com/r62rqn , I turned off game mode, turned off the optimizations, played fortnite for about 2 hours, then did some editing for work, and guess what? NO FLICKERING! So my solution was to reinstall the battery drivers and simply turn off the fricking Game Mode off which originally is supposed to OPTIMIZE!
