anyone else not having their profile pic show up

I added my profile picture and all my posts still have a blank img. I have had it there for a bit. At first  they had the picture randomly, but it still shows the pic under my user control panel so not sure. I am using chrome if that matters

    Did the image that you uploaded have a red boarder or a green boarder after it uploaded?

    it has a red boarder. i will attach a picture of what it looks like on my control pannel. Do i need to re upload it or something?

    well re loaded it in, and to my surprise it worked this time. thanks for the help. From now on I will know if i see that red boarder it means something went wrong
