because of not finding adequate info, maybe here's someone confident about it (or not).

Edit: It looks like it will work with my system; from what I read about it on hyperx. They just gave the predator a new cooler. The old one with the large x is eol. If this will not work, I got some alternative too that has a 100% compatibility. Let's see...

    I bought a pair Ballistix Elite (2x8GB @ 1866MHz), because they work 100% with the i7 and the z87-classy. The Elite run with 1,5v, the Predators with 1,65v. I,m not sure if powering up the imc with 1,65v 24/7 isn't too much for the system and the components will eventually "die" faster. Besides of that, I read a few articles about memorys and after a few diagrams I recognized that just more MHz does not work faster than tighter programmed, less MHz.
