Hi guys,

I just put together the Z690 Classified + 13700K + 64 GB of DDR5 Kingston Fury at 5600. Everything run fine for a while but lately it seem like there are some random stuff that make me wonder a bit. PC will boot like normal but then go to BIOS screen as something has changed such as Memory changed or CPU changed and I have not done anything to those. PC will boot with all 4 ram sticks but only 3 will light up and the last one will also light up once I exit setup screen and actual boot to window. PC still read all components of PC fine no problem. I benched and did a few testing and things seem to be normal.

Anyone else experience the same issues ?

The only similar issue I am having is G.Skills RBG software for their RAM doesnt recognize the 4th DIMM. So although they are all displaying the default RGB setting physically, software side I can only change 3/4 DIMMs.

I will say though you may need to power down, unplug your PSU and reseat your RAM then power it all back on again. Might be that simple. My issue is a known G.Skill software bug that has no real fix so im stuck with RGB puke on my RAM lol.

Case: Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL Black Edition
    Motherboard: Z690 Classified
    CPU: i9-12900K @ default
    RAM: 4x16 G.Skill Trident Z5 CL32 6000mhz
GPU: RTX 4090 FE @ default
    Cooling: EKWB O11 Dynamic XL distro plate, Vector 2 CPU and GPU blocks, x3 360 rads (x2 44mm, X1 30mm), x9 120mm Vardar X3M RGB Fans
PSU: EVGA Supernova 1600W T2 with Cable Mod GPU and MB custom sleeved cables.

So I did unplugged and reseat all the ram. Occasionally it will happen again. I am getting a replacement stick and slap it on there just to see. Maybe it was a faulty one.
