I went ahead and purchased it.  Now I need to liquidate even more stuff to hang onto it, and get a processor.  Maybe I'll sell off one of my GPU's to help.
 

Holy crap.... you guys are in a queue for the newest mobo too?! Thats total crap, theres no way that many people are buying this board specifically that they cant keep up with orders. This is planned scarcity to gouge everyone on everything. I dont think evga, i sure hope not, would engage in that kinda crap, but theres a bunch i wouldnt be surprised by if THEY were.

However WHY would I want this motherboard at $450..  ??  I'm confused on the price, its like 2x as much..

That is a great list. I just searched at Amazon and the 590 FTW is not available. There is another 590 model for $469. One reason the $450 price is reasonable from EVGA is because the shortage has raised prices at many resellers.

Yeah, I haven't seen the Z590 FTW anywhere but on EVGA's store. Some folks said they saw it on the Newegg shuffle, but Newegg doesn't even have a product page for it, so I'm not sure how that's possible. I'd have to see that to believe it. I was thinking this motherboard would be right around $399 before it released. I was a little off, but looking at the alternatives, it is definitely right in the neighborhood of competing boards and at the price point those are, I'd buy this EVGA every time...and I did buy it...and it has been awesome so far for me.

frank, assuming I didn't somehow mess up Caius's timestamp (lol AM/PM got me once), your notification should be the last one on this list and that means this list is done. I think the only other notify I know about is jetset3312 on 5/27/2021 9:17:46 PM PT. No idea how many notifies are between jetset and frankd3, so I don't think we need to really continue this queue list. I don't think demand for this board was super high, so it may only take them a couple more drops to actually catch up with demand, which means unlike almost everything else on this website, it may eventually have an "in stock" label and "add to cart" button lol
 
As for everyone else (including jetset), I hope you get your boards soon and get some builds going in Mods Rigs. Also, don't forget to use associates codes for discounts and post your overclocking results in the Owner's thread! Oh yeah, there's also the rewards code when you register! Those are worth $2 and hey, every $2 count. Can't help but think of this though.

Thank you for maintaining this list. Although I used enewt's code today, I forgot to tell you that I used your code back in May when I ordered my mouse. I meant to thank you then for our Z590 list.

You're welcome! I wanted to see a list and thought the best way to make sure that happened was to just make one. Also, I was fairly...obsessed with getting this build done with the parts I wanted, so I figured I may as well put some of that energy into positive efforts of helping everyone keep track. Also, No worries on enewt's code. I was totally joking in the other thread lol. Thanks for using mine for the mouse though. I saw someone did that and had no idea who or why lol.
 
I didn't start this to get people to use my code, but there is something gratifying about seeing that someone enjoyed your help enough that they decided to use it (It has been used 4 times now! lol). Honestly, when I signed up for the associates account, I didn't read properly to understand that I then wouldn't be able to get any discounts myself. Being that I don't do as much as someone like enewt (now that we're mentioning him) or some others, I don't expect much of a benefit of keeping the associates account, but I do enjoy these forums and helping out folks when I can (especially if I've spent countless hours reading about something or digging for clues on unreleased products lol), so maybe people will use my code here and there and them getting a discount is worth it to me. Also, there's a 1 month delay from when someone uses your code to when you can use those EVGA Bucks. So it's basically a discount for a later date...the discount being about $1 if someone bought a mouse or $56 if someone bought a 3090 XC3 HC (including you, someone has used my code for both of those). So now I'm looking at that $56 discount I can't use until 7/21 and wondering when my number gets called for the 3968. I think I'd pay the extra $56 if I could order it today...yup...definitely would lol.
