Here I thought waiting in the EVGA GPU queue was bad enough.  It seems that this Z590 Dark is even worse...
 
I have a pair of 3987 FTW3 Ultra's that I want to drop in a Z590 mobo with 4 slot spacing and it seems like the Z590 Dark would be the perfect fit, but alas, none are available.  I just signed up (9/4/2021 3:57:16 AM NO), so I guess it will be a while, lol.
 
I'm hoping the depth of the Z590 Dark queue is much less than for the GPUs and that once they come in, it will move pretty quickly.  Is that foolish thinking, or?

There are still a lot of motherboards from all manufacturers which are low in stock or out of stock. Luckily though motherboards seem to come into stock more often than GPUs. 

The list is just the folks who replied in this thread to let us know they registered. I don't have any insight on EVGA's actual notifications. Either not a lot of people have notified or they have, but haven't been in here to talk about it. I can only put names and times on the list when someone lets us know to do so. I can add your name the next time I'm on an actual pc and not my phone lol

Ah ok, makes sense.  It does seem like the Z590 Dark is quite niche, so there might only be a few dozen signups so far?
 
I have spent quite a bit of time in the 3000 series notification thread and appreciate the daily tracker that enewt manages.  Appreciate you doing the same for the Dark!

I have no idea how many signups there are, I just know how many people have let us know in this forum section. I think with the price of the board, the late launch, and the small market of people who actually want the performance the 11900k offers, there is a good likelihood that this list isn't a huge deal bigger than what's represented here. Maybe there are 10x as many people signed up as the ones who came in here and talked about it. It seems like they had one big drop at launch, so I didn't include all the folks who got boards that day, just one where we left off. I added you to the most recent list I have (one page back), and as soon as we see some clue of movement, I'll post it again. So far, there hasn't been any movement we've seen in weeks, so there's no reason to just keep posting the same list with no movement.
 
There are a lot less people active in the z590 section, signing up to buy them, and letting us know their notification time so it has been much easier to track other than when we have large gaps like this. I don't pretend to do nearly as much work in here as enewt does for GPU tracking lol, but at least the short list in here lets people have some small idea where things are at. I forget who started it, but I did saw this system at use for the Kingpin HC blocks and figured it would also be a good way to keep track of the Z590 FTW release. I just kept doing it for the Dark series as well when these finally launched. I'm not in here all day every day, but I check in regularly and try to keep up with posts in the z590 section, so I figured it would be easy for me to keep track of the list and I don't mind helping out.

Waiting on one part is always the worst haha

Looks like the queue has moved to 7/16 now, but that's it.  So probably a pretty small batch, or there are a lot more folks in the queue that didn't check into this thread and post their signup date/time.

Edit: just a note from the FTW queue, most of the notifications were in the first couple days. After that, it rolled through timestamps with some hefty pace. I would bet just from how many people let us know about their notification here that even less people signed up for the Dark board than the FTW, so this might go pretty fast if they produce similar quantities to the FTW boards.

Yeah, I know with the GPU notifications they've been great with helping people out when they miss the email. Just reply to the notification email with your intention to purchase.

I'm passing.  Just capitulated and bought a gigabyte instead 2 weeks ago :(
