Which is best memory for high frequency to run with 10900k? Not sure which memory to get here, but I do wanna overclock my cpu.

    Just at a glance on microcenter the memory it takes only shows DDR4-2933
    I'm not sure honestly on the subject of OC and different rates

    I have z490 dark, 4200 frequency with 16 * 2 GB passes all stability tests, it does not work further.
    the kingpin should be higher and more stable

    Crucial Ballistix is micron Edie. What you really want is Bdie for the z490 dark. I owned both z390 and z490 dark and they work best with bdie. Unfortunately there is a huge shortage on 32gb bdie Kits. I couldn't find one available on newegg. A 16gb kit will need to be clocked around 200mhz higher to perform like a 32gb kit.

    Probably depends on what you mean by best too. A real expert may be able to suggest better based on the use need or desired result. I’m not that expert btw, from what I’ve seen it’s a little bit of a crapshoot mixed with proper settings/ocing.
