Just installed iCue (for testing) to see if it's maybe an issue with your system config but it is same for me. No Z390 Dark readings.

I have the latest version installed yes. Everything else is working fine just no information from the z390 sensors in iCUE. It seems others with z390 boards also are having the same problem. iCUE uses the CPUID SDK so it's not just me with the problem. So who to contact  CPUID, Corsair or both?

I use the Icue software as I have an H150i Pro, I thought it was just for monitoring the cooler and controlling the lighting and fans along with any other Corsair peripherals?

I have tried iCUE too with my H80i but it also reports my (Z370) mobo sensor info..I think maybe it's probably not quite compatible with the Z390 yet..Word is that there's a new version coming out soon, stay tuned.

It is, however you can setup the dashboard in iCUE to display all kinds of information. Except motherboard info for some reason is not working.
