Z390 Dark Compatibility with Noctua NH-U12S?

Has anyone actually tried a Noctua NH-U12S heatsink on the Z390 Dark?  According to this page:

all I see is the note "Possible Issues (see comment)."  But, there are no comments.

    It just very close to the RAM slots, so if you have tall memory sticks its an issue.
