is this speed the min, max, or required?
dang!! board cost  $229 memory for this board $400 +  !! kinda hard to justify getting this board. 
please help, disappointed rite now 
i was under impression this is what was required so i purchased 4133 ! am i gonna be ok with this, all stock clocks memory, Z390 FTW, intel I5 9600kf  GTX2070 FTW, ??  or should i send back and get something a little less like 3200-3600??, im just a gamer- insurgency sandstorm, pubg, hell let losse

on the spec sheet for the board here at products page.
i just went back to look it up and seen where it says (Up to 4133)

no,  it does say DDR4 4133+ up to 64gb on specs page! 
so i go and purchase 4133 memory,  im thinking is the highest most costly!!
which i didnt want to get.   (Misleading)

I always check what RAM is Tested by the RAM Mfg ..... their list is usually up to date.  MB lists tend to not get updated
 
Faster RAM is always more expensive

I confirm that this board supports 4133mhz memory, i managed to overclock my 3200mhz Ballistix Elite memory to 3466, 3600, 3733, 3866, 4000 and now 4133, here are the pics for my last overclock

I noticed significant improvements in FFXIV and Cinebench R20 benchmarks
