A BIOS update might fix it.
But what board do you have?..You say it's a Z370 Micro and you also say it's a Z370 FTW.
If it's an FTW, you take out the RTX 2070 Super use the DisplayPort or the HDMI connections on the motherboard to get graphics from the 8700K and see if it boots up..If it's the Z370 Micro, it has no video connections on the motherboard.
If it's an FTW, you can just take out the RTX 2070 Super without even connecting your monitor if it doesn't have DisplayPort or HDMI connectors and see if it gets past POST..That might also be possible with a Micro.
When there's no graphics card detected, the BIOS will auto-switch to using the CPU graphics unless you changed that setting in the BIOS..When a graphics card is detected, the BIOS will auto-switch to using the card..You may need to clear CMOS to put the BIOS back to defaults.
Long story short = If you think everything else is OK, the RTX 2070 Super might be bad if a BIOS update don't fix it..Then you should try it in another PC or take it to a PC repair shop for testing to be sure.
