Is there some reason none of the DRAM ratios above 4133 work on the Micro regardless of CPU used (8086k and 9900k with IMC good for DDR4-4800)?  Any workaround or upcoming BIOS that will fix this?

Your imc may not be good enough, and you will definitely need to adjust your vccio and vsa voltages for 4800.

Already confirmed the IMC and RAM work for GB3 4800C14 with good B-die on different boards.  But putting that aside, even simple things like a 4266C19 kit doesn't even run XMP on here.
