I have Z370 micro and 8700K -- did the delid and have it on AIO -- temps are around 60c at full load. When I made configuration for my overclock I went for 50 multi, 1.320v vcore, and vdroop off. I left the ring at 46 and didn't touch it. 8 hours of RealBench resulted in pass with no indication of instability. The only issue I have discovered is that X-Plane 11 will randomly crash -- log file doesn't indicate reason, event viewer just says it stopped responding, and I don't get blue screens. I removed the OC and went back to stock speed. The past week I had no crashes; week before that it was quite frequent.

I would suspect OS dying if the OC wasn't stable - maybe XP is sending something to CPU that chokes it and that's the only process dying? Do I need to modify my ring a bit? Is it not right?
