Z20 spammig number and dash keys

My keyboard has started spamming keys as shown below. I had to unplug it and change to my old half broken keyboard. Anybody know how to fix this?

    did you install the latest firmware yet?
     
    try the "reset to factory settings" ?
     
     
    use the newest ver of Unleash RGB software   8/19/2022 Unleash RGB1.0.20.0Z20
     
    Unleash RGB Software v1.0.20.0 Release Notes:
    • Adjust Z15/Z20 Trigger lighting effect.
    • Z12 Macro bug fix.

    I uninstalled Unleash RGB and didn't see the issue since then. But today the keyboard just suddenly went dark and stopped working. I try to install Unleash RGB again but what I see is this:

    I have tried restarting and replugging the USB cables to other USB ports. Now what?

    This issue ended in me being dissatisfied with incompetent support staff. I will not RMA this product and I will never give EVGA my money again. Better luck to the rest of you who surely eventually will have issues with their keyboards. I have had similar issues with other companies same type of products and other type of products troughout my lifetime and it has never been a problem to RMA them. It is just the EVGA way of doing it that doesn't work out for the consumer. All the more short term profits for EVGA though, good for you EVGA.

    Everytime i try to do macro keys on my EVGA 12 it doesn't work the macro recording does it just doenst spam it, and i have to spam it am i doing something wrong or...
