Re: Z20 keeps disconnecting.
I contacted RMA, I'm already on my third keyboard and each one had at least one problem, the enter on the numpad not working, the second one with the eternal random disconnections and the third one I received (it was a used one and not new as it would have been normal to receive) the lighting does not work if we activate the TOF sensor.
Every time I asked them to test them before sending them back and the first one came in a sealed box without a bit of testing, the second one came in a used, scratched one.
Full of nerves and frustrations, I discussed the hierarchical way with someone who might be able to help me and he tells me that the second one I sent was functional. I don't know how they test them in service, but clearly not enough or they don't want to admit that the product has a problem.
I'm curious what I get now in return :))))
