What about normal Bios Updates are we going to have find then in a Single Thread for ALL the Older Motherboard? Or is EVGA no longer going to be providing Bios updates for their older Motherboards?

I believe there's a newer BIOS (2.07) for X99 Classified that isn't listed on there.

I believe there's a newer BIOS (2.07) for X99 Classified that isn't listed on there.
That's correct. It came out last year. Oct. of 2018.

Pretty much any GPU. You're not going to get an 'officially' updated list. Even an X58 will run just about anything. Not knowing your particulars I've no idea what to recommend. You are, depending upon the model of GPU, going to see some 'bottlenecking' compared to a newer processor.

My RTX 3090 works fine on my X79 Dark so I don't think you will have issues with the 30 series unless there is some weird specific part incompatibility.
