Going into the bios and load optimized defaults, then save and exit the bios.

Is the floppy drive turned ON in BIOS ?  or any other feature / option you do not actually have connected to that MB ?

    Any Beeps ?

What is on the Debug LED ?

    turn off secure boot ?

Is your MB set to - Legacy or UEFI - BIOS ?

Sounds like your boot drive isn't being detected. Can you see it in the bios? When you're inside the bios the post code should read a6.

Could it be your USB keyboard is not being detected? Have you tried it in a primary port?

Did you install your OS in legacy mode in the first place? What OS are you running?
