Z15 numeric pad 7 key not working

Thought it was typing mistakes until recently I was using the num pad and noticed that only the 7 key is not registering.  I tried swapping the switch with one of the browns included and also a neighboring switch.  They work in other positions so I believe it's either a firmware issue or the pcb has an issue.  Any thoughts on either a way to reset the keyboard or do I need to RMA?

    Try this to do a factory reset

    Have you tried compressed air? Is it possible something is blocking the signal? Not sure if this is led key or mechanical switch.

    Swap out switches from different keys

    either try swapping out keys or contact support and ask for their help

    I did the reset and the 7 key on the number pad is still not working.
