Z12 - Volume Spamming When Tap Volume Up or Down

Just got the Z12... Installed latest version of the software, updated the firmware..
 
All was well, until I went to use the volume controls.
 
If you hold Fn and quickly tap either the Volume Up (F11) or Volume Down (F12), the volume drops to 0 or rockets to 100, depending on whether you are going up or down.  Using a keyboard input logger, I confirmed the command is being repeated...  This does not happen EVERY time, which makes it that much more annoying..
 
Is this a known problem?  There a fix?

    FYI - Never figured this out.  Just returned the keyboard.  That issue is a liability.
