Hey y'all, I knocked the 0 (ins) key off my num pad and I cant for the life of me get it back on.

2 little black clips and some kind of a wire came off in 3 pieces?

Is there some kind of instructions to show how this thing goes back together?

thanks

if it was just the keycap you'd be able to just press it back on, but a wire... that doesn't sound like a simple fix, if it's even possible, I don't really know how the z10 rgb works, as it's one of the older models, but I don't think it's possible to change the switch.

Yeah, some of the keys have a little wire that stabilizes them or something? Then the keys have these little plastic clips that go onto each end of the wire, but I think I broke this one.

Anyways I ordered a new keyboard, Z20, and it doesn't seem to have those any more.

I your key board is registered you can check how much time you have left ion the warranty period to get it replaced via an RMA.

Sign in -> my EVGA -> my products -> look for item in question and look for warranty period expiration date.

    Hope that helps
