I purchased my Z10 keyboard a while back when they were doing the Torq mouse keyboard combo. I love the mechanical keyboard, however the volume slider and the LED screen need improvement. The volume slider has a mind of it's own, I try to turn it up or down and with the first tries nothing happens, then the volume will suddenly jump all the way up or stop at 10 and then stay there until I wiggle it more, really disappointed in that aspect. Then the other day I contacted customer support about the volume slider, they had me update the firmware and the Z10 software, now the LED screen has quit working all together! My entire computer is built with EVGA products, I will be replacing my EVGA Z10 keyboard with a competitors keyboard, I don't want to but I'm left little option. This is my second Z10 first one was DOA!

I just keep mine at 100% (all the way to the right) on the Z10 and use the Volume Control in Windows.
There is a Delay when using the Slider but I think this is also caused by 1809 because it did not Delay under 1803.
What bugs me is that AIDA64 Extreme resets the Volume to Zero or Mute when I start it up.
Sometime I have to reset the Z10 by unplugging the USB cable and plugging it back in, I have to do this when I exit AIDA64 Extreme.
Also firmware 72 is the best one to use, 73 was giving me issues.

I think we are all waiting for an Updated Version of Unleash.

You might want to try unplugging the keyboard and plugging it back in. Also you could reload the firmware after unplugging it and plugging it back in.

When my display wouldn't work I just unplugged it, then plugged it back in. It worked fine after that.

I think you posted about it and that is why I recommended it. Unfortunately I haven’t had much luck with the volume control on one of mine. The other works perfect.
