Seriously, you guys said water damage, yet my cooler is not leaking but I am currently in a high-humidity environment, so that might have been it. Still, I can't get over how it was utter bull that you gave a prompt email about returning it without discussing other options. I feel like it's probably something really stupid like a popped capacitor. I am in serious financial trouble right now and would really appreciate being able to use my PC without waiting until ~October when it would be viable for me to purchase another card.

Fine, you won't RMA it, but what about repair? It can't be that bad. Your RMA process could have at the very least had a guy take a multimeter to the thing and tell me exactly what was wrong because if you won't fix it, I probably could. If it's a fried IC or RAM chip I have no chance, but if it's a resistor or cap I do. This is serious, guys. Not everyone is made of money.

    Hello,

I apologize we do not repair products that are unable to be re-certified, products that do not pass the inspection are unable to be further handled by our staff, you may take the card to a local computer store to see if they can assist with further diagnosis and repair options.

Gee thanks... And people say EVGA has good customer service. This has been nothing but a nightmare.

You might have the best hardware, but your service has been anything but helpful.

I apologize, the damage to your card is not something that can be repaired, I reviewed the data from our RMA department and unfortunately I do not see any case for an exception.
