I just installed my new RTX 2060 XC Ultra and once I downloaded the Precision X1 software my RGB stopped working. Anyone else having this issue?

    What version of x1 are you using?

    Try this...
     
    #1 Shutdown your pc.
    #2 Unplug psu from wall.
    #3 Press & hold tower power on button for 30 seconds.
    #4 Plug psu back into wall.
    #5 Start pc.
    #6 Start PX1. PX1 should update the mcu's on the card with new firmware that should resolve the problem.

    Try this...

    Sorry just had a chance to try this. Unfortunately it did not work :/

    None of the RTX 2060 Graphics Cards have LED, RGB or White to turn on.

    Damn I could have sworn it lit up blue when I powered in on for the first time. Well my bad thanks for the info!
