Hi All, Both times I've tried updating to 1809 (Start of Oct and just a couple days ago after re-release) I've had really flaky behavior on my network adapter. It will randomly stop working until I disable/enable the adapter etc... I've noticed that the 217-LM drivers don't yet have 1809/RS5 support *yet* however I'm wondering if anyone has noticed this issue. The adapter works perfectly on 1803. Thanks!

Also, have you updated your BIOS? A new one released recently.

I haven't been doing chipset drivers since Win 7, but I did just install them now on 1803. BIOS is the new one as well. I'm hesitant to upgrade again anyway purely based on the fact that the Intel 23.2 drivers don't support RS5, they've indicated that 23.5 will support 1809 but isn't due until late November, early December

Sure, this is in reference to vlans/teaming, but indicates their support for RS5/1809 in 23.5 https://communities.intel...able-in-sw-release-234

I've been watching and waiting for v23.5 to drop for a month now. Check it everyday. Intel claims sometime in Nov. 2018. > https://communities.intel.com/thread/129533

As an update to my original issue, I think the network issue may have been related to VPN software I had installed, I experienced something similar on my Work laptop on 1803 with anyconnect, and since upgrading today, the last few hours the issue hasn't happened after uninstalling the VPN... fingers crossed.

Still seeing the issue unfortunately - it appears I'll have to wait for the 23.5 drivers... 23.4 was released today but doesn't support 1809 lol...

In Device Manager if you Right Click on the Device and Click Update Driver what Version is installed? I forgot I have it disabled in the Bios. And only use the i218.

I saw that version 23.4 dropped yesterday as well. Hopefully 23.5 will be out soon now.
