Hi, I have an RGB item, plugged into one of the RGB headers, but no means (software) of controlling it? I have read in the instruction book to use eleetX. I have downloaded this, and when I go to run it it says 'model not supported' in broken english. How in gods name am I supposed to manage my RGB devices?

That error was produced on version 1.0.3?

Yes. I finally found version 1.0.4 and it no longer errors. However, when I go into the 'LED' section the 'mode' drop down box is blank. I've plugged in multiple RGB devices into both RGB headers on the motherboard and nothing lights up. I'm at a loss. On other motherboards plugged in items would immediately power up RGB, with software used to adjust settings. On EVGA Micro 2 X299 I'm getting absolutely nothing. Very disappointed with the RGB implementation, or lack thereof.

Yes, as per my original post I have been using version 1.0.4 (the latest version I believe) of the e-leet X tuning utility. To confirm, I have plugged in two separate RGB items (an RGB fan and an RGB water block) and neither immediately light up with RGB, as should be the case. I have then used the software, and only the 'mode' drop down box appears under the 'LED' section, but the drop down box is empty. I also have 'dark mode' turned off in the BIOS, so it isn't that. It is almost as if the motherboard doesn't want to power the RGB headers?

EVGA Micro 2 X299 is example everything I need from motherboard.
Only stay little bad taste because my case is not little smaller as PC-O8, but never mind.
Radiator on bottom and watercooling reservoir on bottom will cover all space.

She have 4 DIMM slots for poverty as me to install all DIMMs.
2 big slots and one small for dedicate sound card and strong VRM.
I always say market desperately need such motherboards as Micro 2.

    Amazing hardware.

Under what version of Windows 10 1803 or 1809?
    Download E-LEET X 1.0.3 for X299 is the Latest for the X299.
What Version was on your DVD that came with your Motherboard, or did it just link back to EVGA's Website.
Did you run and install the Drivers that came on your DVD?
Any Yellow  !  marks listed in your Device Manager?
    Download E-LEET X 1.0.4 for Z370
