X299 FTW K : BSOD Driver Power Failure after suspend resume

Below is a Bug Check 9F parsed Memory.dmp 
  Keyboard is connected to USB KVM : JideTech 2 Port HDMI KVM Switch.
Suspecting driver PS/2  timeout : 0x9f_3_i8042prt_image_acpi.sys after Suspend/Resume and cause kernel panic.  This device needs to be remove since it does not exists.
