So I just have the bare essentials hooked up. Changed the cmost battery even though it was good.
Everything is set stock and everything is showing up properly.
Any time I power up I get the musical beeps and then into bios. Same thing when restarting. Bios is the only thing that will load.

What is the musical beeps? How Many? It is normal for this Motherboard to restart 2 or 3 times the first time it is powered on. "Power Cables? 1" you should use 2 Make: Patriot viper rgb (Not all Patriot viper will run on this Motherboard) Need Part Number / Model Number Model: What is the Model / Part Number? What are the Post Codes showing? Do you have a real Computer Monitor and not a TV to setup your Motherboard? Update your Bios..... 5-31-2019 BIOS 1.18 151-SX-E299 Windows 10 64bit Download ViewYou do this within the Bios. You will need a USB Flash Driver Fat32 Did you update to Bios 1.18? What is you cannot do? Disable CSM and set to UEFI Boot Disable Fast Boot in the Bios.

Updated bios to 1.18. Still just loading into bios.
It will load into the Bios if you do not have a Boot Device if your hardware is all new then you have no boot device. Did you do this "Disable CSM and set to UEFI Boot Disable Fast Boot in the Bios." Have you setup the Bios yet to install the OS, best to have Only C: Drive powered on to keep the OS from marking your other dives. You can Power them up After the OS is installed and updated and before you install any other Apps or Tools. Make: Patriot viper rgb (Not all Patriot viper will run on this Motherboard) Need Part Number / Model Number We really need the Complete Make and Model /Part Number of All Your Hardware..... to help you out.

And that is really the Wrong way to do it under Windows 10. This is telling me that your Hard Drive had an older Install of Windows from another computer and in the short and long run you are going to see more and more issues with this Build.

Its only had win10 installed from the beginning. I was the one that did it.

Well. It was on an x79, then a gigabyte x299 gaming 3, and now this. LoL
Its good for tomorrow so I can play with my squad.
Just need to write down all my software and reinstall.

Make sure before you start you set the Bios correctly to support Windows 10

Well looks like it doesnt like my ram. Another reason to add to my list of dropping evga. A cheap gigabyte gaming 3 mobo had no problems running the 4133mhz kit and ocing my cpu.

This is a Dark Motherboard after all, no RGB that is. I would probably help him to set the retrain for memory and not just selecting XMP Is the CPU you are running now the same as what you had on the gigabyte board if not (gigabyte was a different chipset) then it is apples to oranges as the memory controller is on the CPU you are now running
