X299 Dark 9C Error and 6 Beeps

I am not really sure what is going on here... During POST my X299 Dark is displaying the POST code 9C and beeping 6 times in a slow manner. After it does this it than boots into Windows with no issues at all; stability tests still remain stable. I also went ahead and re-flashed one of the BIOS chips, but that did not resolve the issue either, any thoughts? 

Edit: 
Forgot to mention that I did install a new EVGA Pro Audio Card and a new 1TB Samsung NVME drive, I am doing some testing now to see if its one of those devices, but figured I would jump on here quick to see if anyone had any ideas.

    9C = USB Detect.
     
    This is what it says in the x299 dark manual about 6 beeps...
     
    6 Beeps: This relates to either a failed BIOS update, or a failed Intel® ME Firmware update.

    Update:
    The SATA power cable going to the NU Audio Pro was not working, swapped it out and everything is now working. =)
