DISREGARD THIS THREAD!!! I am an idiot and after a few more quick google searches I found the answer the good man from EVGA support was correct... This is quite odd that they choose a color other than white for the LED however it is what it is.

Hello wanted to check with other users what color is the LED suppose to be for the +5v PSU Pwr?  I am getting a RED led color for that LED however the PC is working perfectly and the BIOS is showing 5v power of 4.961v.  So I want to check I called EVGA support and they are saying as long as it is lit up it is fine however from past experience RED usually means something is wrong.

Thank you

Glad to see I wasn’t the only one that over looked it. I even read that section in the manual and over looked the information. It’s just odd it would be red... usually red means hey pay attention to me something is wrong. I have came from Asus R6E so hopefully this turns out good lol

For the Z390 FTW the +5v standby is white, seems that the engineers have thought about it...

    Thank you All!!

Like I said not a deal breaker just slightly odd that it is RED for ok and the rest are white.  My dang stomach sunk after I put the system together and booted and saw that stinking red LED.  LoL haha
