Can someone advise what it could be?
I removed all NVMe adapters and only have two installed in mobo slots.
GPU in top of the board.
4 beeps at startup before PC does more regular beeps and boots.
Using 3090 FTW3 Ultra
Any advice appreciated otherwise I might have to RMA the board it's bottlenecking the 3090.

How many PCIe devices do you have connected to the mother board? Which CPU are using? And which slot(s) do you have the GPU and other devices connected to? Note: If you removed some PCIe devices I would suggest re-flashing the BIOS so that it can re-learn all of the connected devices this may solve the issue.

I think I just saw your post over on Facebook in the EKWB Page.
You said that you have tried other lanes, and none of them went over x8? By any chance do you happen to have another computer your can try it in, or a spare GPU you can test?
It would just be to verify the cards can go to x16, and it isn’t a card issue.

Do you have any cards in slot 2? Slot 2 borrows 8 lanes from slot 1, when populated. Check your CPU socket for any bent pins or dirty pads on the CPU. Reseat the CPU.

It's okay. I had to call in for RMA. Nothing helped.

Disable CSM in the motherboard BIOS if you want the 4 beeps to stop. With CSM turned off you will no longer get the beeps but... this might happen right after you install a new driver: https://imgur.com/G2NEJ0A
Don't worry though, restart your PC once and the split screen wobble bug will vanish. Both these issues are well known long-time bugs for the 30 series. Been present since September last year. Nvidia still hasn't been able to solve them yet. They're really dragging their heals with their drivers lately.

Not sure sure why the beeps happen. All i know is that if i Disable CSM in the motherboard BIOS, the beeps stop.
