How many defective x17's do we need to see before you recall this e-waste?  What do these units actually cost you to produce that youre evidently still making a profit with what appears to be a high rate of failure in a such a relatively short time of use?

I hope you spent my $30 wisely,.. Ive made sure to review and warn people off this piece of hardware(and will continue to do so) and about EVGA's unwillingness to work towards a mutually agreeable resolution across several retailers and forums.

That really depends on the ratio of failures to success. My X-17 has been performing flawless since December. So how many have failed for you personally?

That is me in the picture, anyone else ever pet a live Lion?

My second replacement just failed in the same way as the last one.  The scroll wheel has come loose and is undetected.  Here's to hoping the fourth x17 last more than a couple of months.

Humm. I've only had my X17 almost two full years and it's awesome. I have used it eight plus hours most days in that time.
Sorry you drew a bad draw. I would feel more compelled to join your cause if you could prove there is some other mouse manufacturer that never has quality issues.
From what I have had to deal with, EVGA's RMA service and customer support is a cut above the rest.
