Just to make sure I am correct on this, it looks like only basic mouse functionality is available for Linux.  No macros or RGB or assigning key presses etc.  None of the marketing material mentions it being windows only, not even the compatibility section.  I'm not too worried about it, since the resolution of the mouse was my primary concern, but it would be nice to have access to all the capabilities of the mouse under Linux.

    In Windows you can adjust the RGB or key assignments, save them to the mouse, and they will remain stored in the mouse and function that way without the software.
    If you don't want to waste the time with dual-boot complexity, you can customize the mouse on another computer with Windows.
    Macros though? I don't think they are stored in the mouse.

    All settings will save to to the mouse firmware including macros.
