Does the boost lock allow you to lock down an overclock frequency example 2050 and lock it at 2050?

If your GPU normally clocks on it's own to 2050 then it might.  If it doesn't, then it's doubtful it would.  If without boost lock you can run at 2050 with a higher core offset and it runs stable there, then you may be to lock it in also.  It's going to really depend on what your card is already capable of based on voltage, power limit, and temps.
