I woke up this morning and checked the web. Newegg started selling 8700k last night and is already sold out! :(
Not looking good for me...

    I guess that price is not too bad. I think AMD RYZEN has finally caused Intel to price competitively again.

    Stock.  I got the 8700K to replace my 5820K which is being sold to a friend.  I just happened to check reddit after taking a break from games and clicked buy so fast.  I also got the Strix Z370 board this morning.  The 8700K already shipped and the Z370 will ship today as well.  I should have both in hand by tomorrow morning since my FedEx man comes around 9-10am.

    I think somebody in newegg had released the link for the 8700k before it should.
    Now it's not even avaible anymore (I added to my wishlist this morning).

    usually ships in 15 to 20 days!!!   Oh man, i jumped on and got mine at exactly 4:04am est time. I think they posted it at 4:00am.
    I set my alarm for every hour starting at midnight to check the webpage for them to put it up.
