AlJabberwock
Yes.  Period.

As Kougar suggests, price and performance, if within reasonable distance of competitors, do NOT trump warranty and customer service. 5 year warranty is really a minimum for anything with 4 digits in the price before the decimal point.

AlJabberwock, the way it's looking your best bet may be a credit card that adds 1-3 years of warranty onto products. Not something I ever bothered with until now, but I've already waded through the fine print and found a CC that adds 2 years (with a max total of 7) so I'm ready for Ada Lovelace... or RDNA3. Intel can't offer performance above a 3070 with Alchemist so it's a pass from me regardless of the drivers, I'm not buying performance so close to my current 1080 Ti.

People can hate on AMD but AMD actually had better price/perf models, the only irony was launch price was entirely irrelevant this generation so nobody noticed. HUB's been recommending AMD over NVIDIA stuff due to the price premiums, particularly around the 6600. If Jensen does another $1,500 or higher 4090 then that sets AMD up to severely undercut yet again.

Exactly EVGA can create their own drivers problem solved next question😼

Imagine how terrible those drivers would be.

So terrible it will tell you before the boot up screen comes up, No Ray Tracing 4 U!! 😺🤣🤣

Those who abuse power, are nothing but scumbags! The challenge of power is how to use it and not abuse it. The abuse of power that seems to create the most unhappiness is when a person uses personal power to get ahead without regards to the welfare of others, people are obsessed with it. You can take a nice person and turn them into a slob, into an insane being, craving power, destroying anything that stands in their way.

Probably, if the price is right.

I would probably buy an EVGA card with an AMD or Intel GPU.   Intel GPU's are interesting in that they seem to have a TON of overclocking headroom.  They might be an interesting choice if they can iron out the driver and software driver issues.  They probably will never beat the AMD or NVIDIA halo GPU's but stand a chance if they can beat AMD/NVIDIA on the mid-tier segment with price.

I would buy it to see if it performs better than the rest. Cannot compare architectures. For me it’s about the other offerings and does EVGA still add the panache in performance, customer service, and quality. If they do, I would buy them. I would then not be exclusively Green.

If EVGA were to partner with Intel or AMD to provide GPUs - would you purchase them? I definitely would.

I would absolutely buy if they made an AMD graphics card. Especially if they released a design matched AMD motherboard.

I think it's more likely we would see a partnership with Intel, but the longer things go it feels like EVGA's future is mostly power supplies.

If I can get decent performance and still an upgrade from my current RTX 2080 Ti then yes, I would upgrade to a Intel GPU.  AMD, not so much since they still have issues with drivers for many, many years.

Use this Associate Code at your checkouts or follow these instructions for Up to 10% OFF on all your EVGA purchases:

That’s the reason why I switched to NVIDIA 15+ years ago. I got tired of ATI’s crap drivers.

It's not ATI any more, it's now AMD. And they are claimed to be way better. Just within the last year, AMD found some optimizations to double the performance of some old workloads.
All I am saying is that if you think EVGA could make better drivers, you are off your rocker.

Naa definitely not. But often I read of odd stuff happening with AMD drivers, and I’m like yeah there goes the ATI soul.
