My PC should use about 500 watts and I will probably never overclock my CPU and GPU, so I wanted to know what PSU would be recommended for my build, also I would want a semi-modular PSU.

You can use the EVGA Power Meter, but I think the more detailed OuterVision Power Supply Calculator would be better to get an estimate of your PC's wattage need and to see some recommended PSUs in the 80 Plus through 80 Plus Platinum categories..The more efficient a PSU is, the cooler it should run, cost less electric, and is built better overall..Make sure it has all the cables and connectors you need.

kind of hard to recommend anything when you don't list any of your computer specs....

Oh yea, my pc specs, I put them on a pcpartpicker list, here:

I just haven't added the PSU and the case.
and how do you add a link on the forum, I've tried adding it above, but it doesn't show once posted.

I like - actual planned demand - should be no more than 80% of PSU capacity

Make sure your PSU is rated for the required Amps & Watts & enough of the correct type of connectors

accounts under 50 posts aren't allowed to post links....  you just have to add spaces into it to make it show.

Go 750W and forget about it. Price increase isn’t too crazy, and it will meet all your needs (most likely, not a guarantee)

this is what I follow too.  You should be around 80% peak draw power so if you are drawing around 750, you shouldn't just get an 850w psu, you'd want a 1000w.
