I have these switches but dont really know how to wire them, any help would be appreciated

    If you look on the page that you linked us to, you will see at the bottom, "Additional Product Images".  Click on the picture to enlarge it and you will see that the pins are labeled in green as to what each pin should be connected to.  That should be enough to get it wired.

    Looks like they got rid of the diagram pictures. Doesn’t anyone still have a copy? Maybe they moved them and I am just missing them but I cannot find it anymore.

    Illuminated Switch Connection Cable (600mm)
     
    C = common & Must be used with one or both of the following two contacts as needed depending on design of circuit
    NO - normally open contact
    NC - normally closed contact
     
    the -/+ are for the LED ---- led are polarity sensitive -- Observe the Voltage limit - exceeding will kill the led
