Just posted this to Jacob as I am not sure who to ask. Flow control 2.0.8.  Was running fine before.  Not sure what to do but will have to put my fans on mobo fan controller until fixed I think.

We recommend reinstalling 2.0.8, link HERE, Flow Control.
We have a few test systems running 2.0.8 and Windows 10 64-bit v1809 and they are working correctly.
Please tell us if it still is not working after reinstallation.

Thanks for the quick response.  Uninstalled and rebooted.  Installed new versions and same deal. Starts and hangs no gui. It uses 10% of cpu and says power usage very high in task manager.

Also, if I can not get this working how can I bypass this.  I can add the two fans to a fan header but not sure if I can do anything with pump.

good thought but all clean in device manager.  Funny thing is I went to 1809  to try ray tracing out with me new 2080 card and without cooler fans running system cpu is too hot.  Bleeding edge sometimes makes you bleed. :)

OK I got it.  Removed profile C:\Program Files (x86)\EVGA\Flow Control\Profiles\CPUWB.cfg and it came up.  Pretty odd that I uninstalled and tried to wipe out any evga temp folders but that .cfg must have been stuck somewhere.  Odd.

So I know this is in other threads but when is EVGA going to update the software and fix the bugs?  Most annoying is fan speed is max & 60c.  We need to be able to adjust it as fans are LOUD.
