Was wondering if this EVGA AIO conversion kit will void my warranty. Probably a stupid question as you would have to remove screws with the warranty voiding stickers on them.

Don't know how to add the link but its the AIO conversion kit on evga website for 1080 Ti's

It is not a "warranty voiding sticker"
And replacing the Stock Cooler with the Hybrid Kit or a Water Block will not Void your Warranty.
Just make sure you keep the Stock Cooler in case you need to RMA the card.

Right on man.. I saw a little sticker over one of the screws on the back and assumed it was there for warranty purposes. Didn't really seem like an EVGA kind of things to do but I haven't bought EVGA in a while.

Their is NO Warranty Sticker on EVGA Graphics Cards. https://www.evga.com/support/warranty/graphics-cards/
Does water-cooling or installing a third party cooling solution on my video card void the warranty? NO
But do not mess with the Serial Number Sticker.

the sticker is just to let the RMA guys know if the cooler has ever been off so they can inspect for damages, i imagine its just to help streamline the intake process.

All will same issue???   There's been an oversight somewhere.   The manual/instructions are confusing and the illustrations are all extremely poor quality and hard to see what is being shown.   19 year old on our helpdesk could put a better manual together.

Attention to Detail I guess would have been better wording.

What's the problem exactly? Considering this route.

Re: Will this void my warranty? 2018/01/29 02:06:29 (permalink)
Hello,

The only sticker that voids the warranty if removed is the one that says it does or the manufacture stickers on the board. As was stated above the sticker on the screw is just to inform the RMA department that the cooler has been removed. Removing the cooler does not in itself affect the warranty as long as the original cooler can be replaced. However damage caused while removing the cooler or installing a cooler would not be covered under the warranty.

Everything is security.
