Step-Ups are processed with our RMA department and it usually takes 1-3 business days after we receive your package to process a request. If we receive the package on 12/19 there is a chance the new product may be shipped out before our holiday break but unfortunately I cannot guarantee that. Our RMA department is working as quickly as possible to process requests and once your new package gets shipped, you would receive an e-mail with a tracking number.

I checked the EVGA Holiday schedule again last night and I found out that they change it from 12/19 - 12/22?

Thank you guys for your help! The EVGA Warehouse receive my old gpu on December 19 at 9:30 AM. As of now I just received my tracking number for my new gpu!

They shipped it on 12/20 midnight and I received it in the afternoon of next day. :)
