Still sitting in the waiting list for EVGA. I’ve finally got a new card from Nvidia, and I’m done with EVGA. They could have easily supplied everyone on the waiting list if they actually cared about their customers, but like we have seen with the latest rulings, they are in it for the greed.
I have always purchase EVGA video cards. I cant remember when I didn’t have one in all of my PC’s. Just sold my 1080ti, and I no longer have an EVGA card, and I never will again. I realize that I’m just one individual customer, and this probably doesn’t mean much, but either way. Goodbye 👋!

Good. I think EVGA has become mediocre, needs to fix the same hardware problems that they keep repeating generation after generation, and their warranty and special programs are getting worse and worse.

Contracts to fulfill....they have them. ty_ger07 Good. I think EVGA has become mediocre, needs to fix the same hardware problems that they keep repeating generation after generation, and their warranty and special programs are getting worse and worse.
I don't disagree that they've lost a lot of their luster....sadly.

Take care! Enjoy your time with your new card and sorry that EVGA couldn’t supply you with exactly what you required of them. Hopefully your next manufacturer choice can fulfill all your wishes.

That funny that what I said about Asus about warranty handling and giving any help at all pretty much. Bah I learned all companies have major flaws and some of us fall thru the cracks, They can do one thing right and screw the most important ones during the process. Do like I do just don't stress anymore over anything related technology now a days and you live better life. You buy from another company put your heart into it only to eventually hit that bump road make question if they are worth it or not. Gump put best way Companies are like a box of chocolates you never know what you gonna get. Peace

I don't know what card you have been waiting on that Nvidia had that EVGA has not recently had in their store ready to buy? Everything from the RTX 3050 (which Nvidia doesn't even offer) to the RTX 3090 Ti have been in stock ready to buy at EVGA's Store. What unicorn card was it?

Wait… is NVidia even selling cards now? NVidia was sending all of its stock through Best Buy, and the only thing NVidia offers is links to other retailers as well Founders Cards. Ah, yep, just looked at NVidia.com, and they still don’t sell cards directly from what they show. It looks like everything is just a link to actual retailers.

I meant models that Nvidia actually produces and sells through Best Buy. Only card I can think of the member might have been wanting was a 3080 10GB KR card as Nvidia does not put the LHR on their 3080 10GB card.

I do believe the 3080 is LR and no more KR I think some Hydro copper KR cards went out not long ago as EVGA put the PCB aside until the water blocks came in

OP - you realize that EVGA depends on NVidia for their supply, right? If EVGA don't have it, it's because NVidia aren't supplying it to them. You just purchased a card from the company that caused your angst. Irony. Anyway..

So "in it for greed" and somehow make money buy not getting cards to sell to customers? Sorry but EVGA doesn't make money out of thin air. Selling products is how any company makes money so if EVGA could get more cards it would make them more money to put them in customers hands. Anyway I at least can be happy to know you found a new card.

I would hope that not only quality has improved but also customer service. I should say that everything was taken care of by Asus last time I reached out to them but it was more of a hassle than I felt it should have been since I got told to contact the ROG support team instead of the support just forwarding my email to the ROG support.

It is true that the waiting list is taking a long long time and made it worse with a policy change related to the waiting list. Since you are giving up, do remember to remove yourself from the waiting list. Thank you very much. One micro step closer now...

Were there any other AIB's even offering a waiting list? Could have been real easy for them to not do any list at all, and ship to the big retailers (LIKE EVERYONE ELSE DID), but they continued to take the time of putting it all together for us, just to ship out to 1 unique customer. Jeez if I were them, I probably wouldn't want to have to deal with all the people crying and complaining in queue/emailing them, etc. Like others have said, why didn't you just go on Newegg and buy the EVGA card you want? I doubt by the tone of your post that you were waiting for the hydro copper or KP.. but you left out a lot of context.
