I'm sure they will.  They have manufactured the Z87, Z97, Z170 & Z270 Stinger which were all mini-itx.  I would assume the Z370 would be next.

Does Evga manufacture boards at all or do they just re-brand them? Kinda like their PSU's?

It's more than likely that EVGA's Stinger board for this generation will be on Z390. Z370 was rushed to accommodate a rushed Coffee Lake lineup, and as such is basically just Z270 with improved minimum power delivery. Z390 will include other enhancements such as USB 3.1 Gen 2 (not included on Z370 native, boards that have this feature use an ASMedia controller, which EVGA excluded from their Z370 Micro).

I'm hoping it's not true, but they've moved away from all their ITX lines of products in favor of mATX.

EVGA released some statement awhile back about how true gaming can't be achieved on ITX or something...  Hope it's not true but I think they're trying to move away from it.

Hate to say it, but the stingers are really the biggest thing that has kept me loyal to EVGA.  If that line ends I'll have little choice but looking elsewhere.  Maybe I'd consider a DTX/mATX that somehow fit most ITX components.

I'm not really sure how omitting a mini-ITX motherboard from one lineup constitutes moving away from the form factor.  We sold Stingers on the Z77, Z87, Z97, Z170 and Z270 motherboards, but chose not to do one for the Z370 in favor of a micro-ATX form factor.  We have not done an HED mini-ITX yet (i.e. X99/X299), although we have given it a fair discussion.

Keep in mind that we do have a lot of customers, all with their favorite form-factors, and we decided to give our mATX fans the nod this time.  Try not to read more into it than that.

With regards to gaming and ITX, it's true that there are some limitations given the size of mini-ITX, but this form factor is still perfect for Intel's mainstream line of motherboards for gaming.  They won't be the strongest overclockers or have a lot of features, but there's no reason you can't build a solid gaming system out of one.

It's only a matter of time. They definitely did rush the Z370 board. I almost went with it but the lack of enhancements made me lean towards a few others.

Still waiting on anything from EVGA on the stinger boards for z370 or the z390... Im almost at the point of just retiring my hadron air build. Still glad I was able to pick up another case, but ITX is still used by many gamers. Seams a little asinine to limit the line up. Given the z270 stinger's attention to detail was lacking, didnt even come with an IO cover. As a premier Intel board maker its looking a little shotty right now on Intel's side of things.

Im just going to say the hadron is my last Intel build for obvious reasons M&S and the IME I've lost faith in Intel. But still keep it around none the less. But if only there was a CPU that had more cores and used a simple VRM design that EVGA could develop for. Cough...
