To make the story short, the user bought a 1080 ftw hybrid cooler from Newegg, asked evga to exchange it, evga told the user to return r to Newegg, and the user decided to scream, rant, rage, curse, and tell everyone that they refuse to do an extremely simple return. So yeah, read the topics, not just the first post. Also, did you actually view the picture’s the user is sending to evga facebook because the user REFUSES to do a return to Newegg????

And fyi Newegg sold the item as eligible for return and then flagged it as not, I spoke to customer service, I will lose my 65 dollar shipping fee, 25 percent of the product cost and the price to send it back.

It's actually extremely obvious all you want to do is be dismissive and rude, you haven't even stated my issue correctly. The issue was that the cooler wasn't the FTW version and my card is. They. Look. Identical. It is not made clear enough. Go to newegg yourself and look at the others complaining about the same issue. [TOS]

You clearly need a lesson: you buy a Samsung tv from Walmart, and it is 4K and you meant to buy the 1080p version, you take it back to Walmart, not Samsung. Use that as your example from here on out. Evga will not handle a product they didn’t sell, no matter how good or bad your attitude is. The item was sold to Newegg, and Newegg has to deal with the final disposition. No parent company will exchange an item for a different product than was purchased. Tell Newegg you would like to do an exchange for the correct item. Posting here and acting out because you don’t get your way gets you nothing.

I admitted I made a mistake in my post, in my request to EVGA and everywhere I referred to the issue. I've spent well over 1000 dollars of my national currency on their products. I offered to pay for any costs incurred in a manner there would be no loss to them. Sorry you don't understand business and customer satisfaction. Take a night school course or something.

When dealing with customer service or anyone it's best to be nice as people are more willing to help someone who they want to help. Sending the poo emoji multiple times on Facebook is more likely to get you blocked and reported for harassment then a positive outcome.
 
EVGA is a good company if you write down the problem and are polite and clear they will try to help. You might still have to go through Newegg but EVGA might be able to look at the product page and have them correct the listing. If they see that Newegg doesn't have it listed clear enough they might even be able to help you with a replacement. Just keep in mind that the person who reads this or manages Facebook for EVGA isn't the person who posted the Newegg product listing. They are just support or public relations and really just want to come to work and have a nice day without anyone using foul language at them.
