Just curious about what everyone's opinion is as to why there was never an official press launch or any reviews for the Titan Xp?

Probably due to the price of it. Most gamers can't afford it.

There are reviews out there, especially on youtube. In all honestly, this is likely to be the least popular titan ever.

Nvidia didn't send out review samples from what gathered, so most of the tech media didn't bother spending $1200 just to review it.

Jay from JayzTwoCents went on a rant about nvidia releasing the Titan Xp as he was finishing the Terry Crews Pc Build. He asked nvidia to send him two Titan Xp since it was a high profile build, and they said NO. Nvidia stated that the Titan Xp is a "Deep Learning" card, not a gaming card, so therefore is not available to be sent out to gamers for such builds.

I like NVIDIA but their opinion and attitude towards the Titan Xp has left me somewhat bewildered.
