I thought this was a very good article to explain other companies are interested in making their own AI chips and getting away from companies like NVIDIA.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

Just the latest fad. Alibaba probably just going to counterfeit chips like everything else available from them.

They aren't really Artificial Intelligence though, it's a buzz word for a processor with complex algorithms. I highly doubt these companies want their products to think for themselves as if they have another purpose than what they were built for.

For Intel processors, 0.122 x TDP = Continuous Amps at 12v [source].
