Why is there no reviews or info on the EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti XC2 ULTRA GAMING

I ordered the 11G-P4-2387-KR knowing that the FTW may be weeks away from getting one.  I've tried looking for any information to satisfy my curiousness and can find literally nothing out there.  I assume it's a reference board with added temp sensors and fuse.  Also curious about the overclockability and voltage information etc.
 
Anyone with some information to hold me over until I get my card would be awesome.

    It has extra sensors and asynchronous fans. It will probably perform the same as the XC cards.

    No many reasons to do a review on it for most reviewers because it is a middle card between the XC and FTW3. The review would show that it performs the same as 99% of all other 2080ti’s

    I have such a video card. I use weeks 3, while everything is fine -)
    There were conflicts with the DRV at the beginning. But the new bios on M. B corrected everything.
